SPECTRUM
One end
Last week we inducted our newest member Alexey Prokopenko. Alexey represents the
future of our club he is a young, successful App developer. Initially attending
our meetings as a guest speaker, invited through his friend Rotarian Farrukh
Mirza, Alexey liked what he saw. After attending numerous meetings over a 6
month period liked what our club does and represents and applied to join.
The other end
On the other end of the spectrum we have PP Roger Vince, the very epitome of
what Rotary represents. Roger joined our club in its charter year back in 1971!
After nearly 50 years of service Roger an accountant by profession has done it
all at our club and continues to do so. He has been a committed active member of
our club who has served in every role and continues to do so.
The Alpha and the Omega
So there you have it, our newest and our longest serving member! Alexey you will
find no better Rotarian than PP Roger Vince to share with you what our club has
done and continues to do. If you go on to achieve 1% of what Roger has, you will
be a great Rotarian and human being have served your community and indeed the
world well!
